Skyline provided civil engineering services to the Providence Logan Irrigation Company to rehabilitate an ailing portion of their buried concrete canal channel with flexible and durable HDPe pipe. The project involved changing the alignment of the canal from a steep and moving hillside. The new alignment necessitated this new portion of the canal being an inverted siphon. Skyline utilized their water modeling software and surveying capabilities to aid in the completion of the project under budget and before the irrigation season began.
