Mr. Pierce has 13 years of experience in planning, design, construction, and management of a broad range of civil engineering projects. These projects include sanitary sewer, storm water, flood plain analysis, water rights & resources, land development, and irrigation projects. Mr. Pierce has served a wide array of municipal, state and private clients while overseeing projects teams on traditional design/bid/build and design-build project.
