High Desert Milk is a 87,232 sq. ft. is a milk drying plant in Burley, Idaho. High Desert Milk was formed in 2001 by 6 progressive dairies, milking over 26,000 cows, and farming 30,000 acres of land. The milk drying plant processes 2 million pounds of milk daily, with an annual output of 65 million pounds of Non-Fat dry milk.
