Featured Project: Hidden Valley

Hidden Valley is a private urban development located along the banks of the Little Bear River. Hidden Valley is a 62 acre preserved open space community of 102 home-sites emphasizing harmony within the natural river ecosystem. In addition to it's recreational opportunities, the protected open spaces provide a sense of serenity and continuity for the use and enjoyment of all. With an overall density of less than two home-sites per acre.

Hidden Valley has been designed to compliment and preserve the rural atmosphere within the natural surroundings. Nature has provided the order and underlying structure of master planning Hidden Valley. The natural site features and open spaces provide a number of functions while offering outdoor recreation opportunities for the residents.

This approach of planning demonstrates the principles of a Traditional American Neighborhood with narrow tree lined streets, fronted by custom residential homes backed by open spaces. Open spaces include a natural river way, riparian habitats, wetlands, and improved green spaces providing the framework to build a strong local identity.
